    • Doesn't work, missing parts!
The media could not be loaded. Wow they drop the $132 ball on this one! After fully charged it doesn't do anything. Missing one of the silicone heads. I went from excitement to deflated 🎈 do better!! Now approximately 37 days to get my $$$ because they won't offer to replace or exchange it.

Just received item. At a first glance, seems like it will be great. However, there is no case despite being more than twice the amount of the non “lux” collection of pretty much the exact same item, which has a case. It cost twice as much for a rechargeable battery and rose gold accents… seems a bit steep for those upgrades. Only keeping bc I need to spend my FSA money. ... show more

Those product does it all. It had light therapy treatments for anti-aging and acne - and it also is a cleanser. It simplified my night time routine and I feel like im really cleaning my skin. Im getting these for my nieces for Christmas! I love it

    • Does not work as expected
This skincare device is easy to use. I use it the way I use the guasha but more focus on areas which acnes and wrinkles. It claimed that the light will help with the wrinkle and acne. I do see it might help with my acne scars but not really do anything to my wrinkles. It is a good massager and light therapy to help clear the skin and gets the serum absorb better. The design is optimal to reach all the contour of my face easier. I appreciate that it is cordless, and rechargeable. Maybe for the wrinkle reduction, I need to use it more frequent. I did my research and it said that at least it takes 10 weeks or more of consistent use in order to see the result in wrinkle reduction. I like it that it does have the auto shut off after completion of treatment, because using the light too long on the face is not a good thing either. ... show more
