The free products were thoughtful and useful. Hair was soft and bouncy. No foul smell or shedding. Lace needs no makeup or glue to lay down and blend. Lots of manufacturing lint and string was only drawback. Will wash unit and update if needed.

It wasn't a C- part, just a regular side part. I got the 20 inch, it stopped at my shoulders. The cap was really tight and i had a hard time adjusting the elastic band. Lace is HD, the knots were bleached, but it could have used a lot more plucking. I was torn between returning it and keeping it. I decided to return it. No smell, hair is soft. It just wasn't for me.
