Rarely do I write a review for a product because I dislike being a metric for a corporation, however, this product warrants it. This is a purchase I do not regret in the slightest. These weights were well packaged, they feel like they have a quality construction, the threads on all of the interlocking pieces are designed in such a way that assembling or disassembling is easy as I can flick the collar down the threaded pieces with no hassle. In addition, it came with a poster-sized instruction paper that includes an in-depth workout guide and basic nutritional guide. The shape of the weights make it so that no matter the orientation, I can put them down and not worry about them rolling away. All around an excellent product and I would purchase again.

If you’re going to get one of these plastic strength training kits, this is the one. Balance is great, perfect for circuit training. Plates are smaller than your normal cement ones. Barbell conversion is a little janky and kinda useless. Sponge for sternum protection is pretty cool, but the barbell is still limited. Kettle bell conversion is solid, but it’d be nice if it held more weight. Dumbbells are great. Another cool thing is the plates fit standard bars. So at the very least you’re adding 62# of plates to your existing setup at a good price. Even the added strength regimen is pretty all engaging. It’s still plastic though…

For how little these weights cost, you get a solid amount of value out of them. Easy to use, easy to assemble, solid materials. Similar to what I have seen other reviews say, I do wish they were a little heavier as you quickly advance past the max amount of weight you can get out of these. Still do not regret the purchase and still use them to this day.

really versatile, feels really nice. Not bad for the price at all as far as how much individual weights cost themselves. they look really cool although mine did have a little wear but nothing too bad. would be really nice if the kettle bell handles had the same kind of grips as then dumbbell handles. It only comes with one kettle bell bar though, and i knew this before buying as that’s how it’s advertised but i wish i had another kettlebell bar though! i’d be willing to buy another one individually if the seller had the option. Other than that though, really sick. fun to switch it up and experiment with different exercises.🤘

These weights are a wonderful value!!!! They are really nice and I actually can't believe how cheap they are for the quality. My only complaint is that it can be a little frustrating to get the weights of and on because the piece that holds them is frustrating to screw on and off. That being said, I would still recommend them.

Overall this does the trick and the product is as described. They might be bettered suited for someone with a larger build or a man (I’m a 5’2” female). My only issue is that the dumbbell bars are long, when I do curls with both arms, the ends hit each other and I can’t do dumbbell swings because the end of the bar gets in the way. It’s not a deal breaker, just annoying.
