If you’re going to get one of these plastic strength training kits, this is the one. Balance is great, perfect for circuit training. Plates are smaller than your normal cement ones. Barbell conversion is a little janky and kinda useless. Sponge for sternum protection is pretty cool, but the barbell is still limited. Kettle bell conversion is solid, but it’d be nice if it held more weight. Dumbbells are great. Another cool thing is the plates fit standard bars. So at the very least you’re adding 62# of plates to your existing setup at a good price. Even the added strength regimen is pretty all engaging. It’s still plastic though…

Ok so this is my first time with a bar and I am really liking it and all the other weight options that come with it. However the plastic big screw to keep the weights on keeps coming loose. Just beware of this and always check it before lifting. All than this I would have given a 5 Star

Great versatility but the more weights you put on the kettlebell the harder it is to put your hand through to hold it, almost impossible. Otherwise it has been a great purchase!

We purchased this so our family could all use one weight set. so far, so good. My only complaint is the versatility of the weight range for the dumbells is limited. All-in-all we are satisfied though.
