I was hesitant at first to buy these curtains,. I did not know if the pattern would be overwhelming. I took the plunge and ordered three sets for my very bright SW facing living rooms. The fabric weight and quality are great especially for the price each set comes with two panels not just one, which turned me off from other purchases. The are well sewn, came packaged nicely with the creases aligning with the folds so I did not feel the need to steam them. They filter light perfectly even in my very warm bright living room. My former curtains had added on black out panels from Amazon, which completely blocked out all sun, which meant they blocked out all light. These curtains strike a great balance letting light filter in while blocking most of the heat. The only thing that gave me pause on these curtains was the pattern, I think people in reviews have struggled to describe the pattern. I would describe it as a contemporary take on Chinsoire the 17th and 18th French and English design based on Chinese design. If you look at old wall paper you will find the design relationship. These curtains however a modern look with almost a boho feeling and would fit in with either modern traditional or boho rooms. At first I was a bit overwhelmed by the change from my cream colored faux silk curtains. But gradually just like you slowly get adjusted to a drastic new hairstyle that is becoming my eyes and my taste adjusted to the change. I love these curtains and after shopping around for nearly two years to find something that fit my decor and budget feel really happy with this purchase. ... show more

These are nice curtains for the price. They are not colored exactly like the listing photo but they are still nice. I attached several photos. Some are during the day snd some at about 7:45 in the evening (May in NY and it stays light out til almost 8:45 right now). The color is far cooler than the listing. It is a very cooling blue. Like you know that temperature adjustment on a photo editor? These curtains and like toggling that down a few degrees. It isn’t really the look I wanted, but it is still pretty. The pattern is also nice. The review pictures almost seem like there is a pink tinge to the flowers and birds…. There is not. The pink is also something I wanted but didn’t get with these, but that’s okay. That’s why I included so many pictures so you could see what they really are like. The fabric was good, thick but not THICK. They aren’t blackout curtains but are far more than sheer. They are great in this regard. I don’t get east west sun in my living room anyway so I didn’t really need anything too intense. I needed these in a 63”, but they didn’t have them so I cut and hemmed them. I used the remaining piece to create two valences for my bedroom windows. So I essentially got four panels out of these. I suggest that hack as well if you don’t need the 80”. I used curtain rings to hang them from a rod. I rent, and These curtains were replacing the most hideous vertical blinds from 1990 that were like caked in paint at the top, it took half an hour to unscrew by hand and I literally flung them onto front lawn. They left ugly holes on my wall I’ll have to spackle those up lol but these curtains are a fresh breathe for this room. Perfect summer. Would make a cute shower curtain too. I WISH THEY WERE PINK! lol, but I think I’m going to get some big oversized pillows for the couch in pink and offset the blue. These are nice for sure and definitely a bargain. ... show more
