As someone with wide feet, it's hard to find shoes that actually fit, especially boots. I stumbled upon these after searching high and low on Amazon for wide ankle boots (and with memory foam, which is even harder to find!). When i tried them on i could have cried tears of joy because they just slid on my feet and I knew I didn't have to look any further for fall/winter boots. They fit my wide feet PERFECTLY! Not to mention they're cute for any fall outfit! The material is not leather, more like a soft flexible material. Not sure what it's called but the material makes it even more comfortable because of the fact that it's flexible and isn't as stiff as leather. They really are extra wide, so it gives me so much room, especially room for my pinky toe to breathe. I don't have to worry about my pinky toe getting a painful red blister at the end of the work day! I wore these yesterday for the first time at work and I didnt have any pain or any rubbing against the side of the shoe. And the memory foam is just icing on the cake! I actually didn't realize I ordered a different pair of boots from this brand before and those were comfortable and slipped on like a slipper so I knew these wouldn't disappoint me. If you have wide feet I would 1,000% recommend this brand! They really know how to make shoes for people with wide feet. Since they do have a little extra room, you might need to wear a thicker pair of socks with them. If you wear too thin socks your feet will slide a little when you walk, it can be a bit uncomfortable, at least in my experience

I have super wide feet after years of standing for 8 + hours 5 days a week for over 18 years. Got them half size larger, because I’ve done that on my other shoes for more comfort. Was too big, especially on my heels. I loved the look and feel. So ordered half size smaller. They fit so very well. Favorite shoes to wear this winter. Return was super easy. Shoes arrived quickly.

These shoes are super cute, and I think, if they fit me correctly, I’d be keeping them for sure. I have duck feet - very wide at the ball and toes, and very narrow at the heel, with tiny ankles. The toe box of this shoe was appropriately wide for me without being too wide- a challenge in this style of shoe, as most shoes in similar styles are way too narrow for me. But my heels and ankles were drowning! Also, depending on the brand and style of shoe, I wear anything from an 8.5-9.5, and after 3 pregnancies I’m veering more into the 9-9.5 range. The 8.5 in this shoe was very long from heel to toe on me. I felt like I would step right out of them if I attempted walking. Cute shoe, and likely comfortable if it fits! But didn’t work for narrow heels and skinny ankles, and runs long as well!

This boot has a strap that is riveted to the boot. The rivet broke and I got the boots replaced. Now the rivet on the second pair of boots is broken and I am 3 weeks past the return date. What am I supposed to do. I am very dissatisfied.
