The lack of soot and chemicals released in the air makes them ideal for indoor use. Although not waterproof, they can be used as outdoor candles on clear days.
  • The flickering candle takes a set of 2 C batteries. This should provide about 200 hours of runtime. Batteries are not included. When using the timer function, the candle will light up for 5 hours, and then automatically shut off for 19 hours. Can be used with any Luminara remote control. With proper care, these flickering LED candles will provide years of lovely, safe lighting.

Purchased for a small lantern that I use on a covered lanai. Timer function is great as it comes on the same time each evening and shuts off a few hours later and looks like a burning candle because the “flame” actually sways back and forth (not stationary). So far, still going strong after 2 weeks on the same batteries, don’t have to worry about melting wax or not blowing out the candle. ... show more
