Ordered this light in September. Take it off whenever I cross state lines and am going to be on the interstate for a while. Because I want paying attention, one of the magnets unscrewed over a couple months. The nut on the inside came lose and was rattling around, making it so I couldn't reattach the magnet. Contacted customer support with pictures, and they immediately sent me a new one. Even in the middle of a holiday weekend. Definitely a happy customer. Great CS, bright light, compact controller. I've had expensive light bars before that I wasn't as happy with as I am this low budget option.

the product seemed very well made, lights was bright, magnets worked excellent, but just after a couple days it would turn on just fine then not work then work something was wrong. the display in my van would show it was operating, but the lights on top of the roof were not. oh well. i sent it back

This light bar was an early Christmas gift for a grandson who lives in Colorado. He works in construction and is often still on the job after dark. He wanted this hazard warning light to attach to the top of his pickup to serve as a signal to approaching vehicles. He's already using it and is apparently quite pleased with the gift.

Like this light a lot but it quit working after a few months. I am unable to contact the company about any warranty. It is advertised to last 50,000 hours but mine didn't.

I had some issues with getting it to fit on my vehicle, but company went way beyond to help me resolve the issue! I will definitely be ordering from them again when needed!! Well done!!

PRO- Magnets are STRONG. They line up on top of the ribs on my roof where the pad is wider than rib on roof and the unit hasn’t moved at all even with 80-85mph speeds on a 600 mile round trip out of town. The light bar is BRIGHT. I love the control panel that shows you in real time the pattern that’s running. CON- One of light sections (facing front of my truck) has died. It no longer emits light but the rest are still fully functioning. Could be a fluke in my unit 🤷♂️. Updated 5 stars for great customer support. Upon 3 Star review seller contacted me and sent out another unit. Stayed in contact through whole process.

The media could not be loaded. This is by far the best light I have ever owned. And I have owned 20 or more at least. This light is well built. Has great magnets. And is super super bright. I absolutely love this little. It makes me fill like I am going above and beyond to prevent any kinda accidents while I am working. And the keyboard is just the icing on the cake. Super nice light. I will definitely buy again for my other truck. 5 stars for the price, quality, and customer service.
