Ordered size 10 according to the sizing chart (she is 5'4" and 138 lbs.) it is form fitting, stretchy, with room in the torso and sleeves for wearing a long-sleeve shirt under and not feeling too confined. The sleeve length is nice and goes past her wrist for style and warmth; the bottom of the hoodie comes right to her hips. My wife wanted something "blue" to wear on cold nights at Dodgers Stadium this season, but is not into "royal blue" at all. She is very happy with this manufacturer and loves their styles.
