TOTALLY my fault. I thought the width was 14" across. Duh. 15.3" won't cut it with Delta as a carry-on and also is little more than 9" on ends, not 8.7". Too bad, since height is 100% carry-on size. I will definitely ask at check-in to be certain but if denied, will have to pay $35 bucks to check bag. Grrrrr. Live and learn. Otherwise, I like this very much, just hope the plastic doesn't crack in checked luggage. Have packed a lot already, including liquids bag) for a full 3 week trip - with a couple of opportunities to wash clothes at relative's houses. Weighs about 15 lbs, with a few more light pieces of clothing to go, so well within weight limit. (Will wear heaviest jacket, top and pants onto plane) Zippers work perfectly. Wish me luck! Will update after trip. Oh, I gave my niece the smaller bag. She loves it!

I purchased this LUGGEX Carry on Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Lightweight Suitcase 2 Piece, Expandable set for my dad after I traveled overseas with him and he was still carrying his duffle bag that he had had for at least 30 or more years. His balance is not very good anymore and he needed both hands free. This allows him to easily take two carry ons anywhere. They are both carry on size, the wheels work very smoothly, the exterior is sturdy and the interior is fantastic with organizational features. There is also a lock feature for extra security. The design is not only sturdy, it looks very handsome. This is a well made set that I believe will last for years and through heavy or frequent use.

I am glad that this suitcase can fit many things. One of the features that lured me in was having both sides inside with a zipper door, which should be better for packing clothing and loose items like souvenirs. It's not the toughest as it feels like more of a hard thick plastic, but I think it should be fine as check-in, especially for the price being about $109. The purple hue is pretty much spot on with the photos, maybe just less of a dark metallic shine and more of a bright gloss to it, so it looks a little brighter than the photo. I have not tried the lock yet. It rolls fine on sidewalk, about the same as any average 4-wheel suitcase. It is pretty lightweight when not packed.

I love this suitcase it has traveled with me everywhere. I went to a camping festival it survived rocks and a whole week in brazil. Also the handles are really strong did not bend or break when a bag is wrapped around it and does not tip over. This suitcase also expands in size so when I went to New York I was able to fit more than one warm coat. I do not get charged extra on the airlines as this counts as a carryon. Suitcase is still holding strong definitely recommend! Cute colors too!

Mixed: Love these Bags but bought before checking my bag flight requirements "Baggage size must not exceed 62 inches (158 cm) when you total LENGTH + WIDTH + HEIGHT" This bag is 62.8 or 65.7 if you add wheels and handles. Not sure for a checked bag they will process more then the weight but it could really be hazardous if they did. This Bag will have to be a road trip bag. The Carry combo set I bought first and I have flown with them with out being stopped. However Capacity: 13L. 20-IN Size: 21.9x15.3x8.7 dimensions are bigger and only comply with 22% of airlines and if they had checked I could have had to pay to check the small roller board. (Delta carry on is 22x14x9)

I wasn't expecting much when we ordered it but it's really well made-especially for the price! We've only used it as a carry-on so not sure how well it would hold up to being checked but I've had expensive luggage destroyed. Wheels easily, holds a lot, and is a great set of bags!
