This luggage was packed really well, all the pieces were wrapped in bubble wrap. The light blue color is really pretty. I love that it has packing cubes incorporated inside the luggage already. Also in the small bag, it looks like it has an option for a small umbrella which was a surprise. I can't say enough good things about this set. I also like the locking system. Although I did not find paperwork on how to change the lock. I may have missed it, but I had a similar locking system on another set of luggage I had, so it should not be a problem. There is always YOUTUBE to figure it out. I say buy it today, you will not be disappointed. It also maneuvers well. Good value for the money. It looks very durable. Arrived on time, no damage & love the color. Both pieces are good sized (actually the 28" is larger than I thought it would be) maneuverability is nice & smooth. Haven't used for a vacation or flight yet, so not sure how they hold up. If problems I will update my review. Only problem is I misplaced the instructions for programming the locks! Update to my previous review:::After my review, the seller reached out and provided me with replacement luggage…so it’s only right that I update my review. Their communication and customer service was outstanding! I’m very pleased and still in shock how promptly and kindly they executed a replacement order. I used the replacement luggage to return home and they held up just fine for the flight. It’s apparent to me that my first order wasn’t their usual. More importantly, it’s obvious that LuggeX stands by their products and I will continue to purchase from them. After all, the luggage set is beautiful!! Several uber drivers have even commented on how nice the pieces are when lifting them in/out of their trunks. **** I bought the 3 piece (20/24/28) end of November 2023. And I finally traveled a few days and decided to use the 28 piece and 20 piece. The 20 piece CARRY ON luggage literally came apart at the seams on my first use! I was absolutely embarrassed leaving the airport and checking into my hotel with my items being exposed. I’ve traveled for work over ten years and never had luggage fall apart upon first use. The entire seam on one side started to unravel. And unfortunately I just missed my window to return to Amazon. Maybe that’s what I get for buying luggage while on sale. ***And before I could even complete this review, fast forward to three days later::today::I just traveled with the 24 inch one since the 20 inch cannot be used and the handle won’t go down! New airport, same problem today. Love the look of the luggage but wondering if I got a defective set?! Mind you, first use for both. So far it’s only the 28 inch one that survived 24 hour usage. Overall, it's great luggage, especially the ease with which it moves on carpet surfaces. My daughter was sitting on it, and I could roll it through the airport on the carpet, where my other luggage kept getting stuck.

This carryon is great! It has plenty of room for the items you need. I used it for a 5 day trip and was able to fit 4 pairs of jeans, 1 pair of leggings, underwear 5 t shirts, 2 pairs of shoes and essentials. I will definitely be purchasing the larger size as well.
