Everything looked new; it was the right color, and the toilet tree bag is bigger than the images shown here. The luggage is amazing. I have not used it for any airplane travel yet, but when the time comes, I will write an updated review. The hard cover on the luggage is good quality, but it is not as rock-solid as I had thought it would be. It's durable but still flexible to an extent. The locks are easy to use. The instructions on how to reset the lock were a bit confusing, but with help, it was not as difficult to set. The weight of the luggage is not really heavy, but as a not-as-muscular girl, it was heavy for me to carry the luggage for a long period of time. The handle was a bit confusing at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was easy. From time to time, it has gotten stuck, but it is easy to fix that if you're not pushing the release button down all the way while guiding the handle down. The handle has only gotten stuck 1 to 3 times for me, and if others were trying to use the handle. The wheels of the luggage, from my personal experience, are smooth, but it has also been said by family members who were walking around with it. All five pieces of luggage I bought were there.

Received today so haven't had a chance to use them yet but they feel sturdy. They roll very smoothly and the telescoping handles are not flimsy at all. I wish they had some more colorful options however, to make them easy to spot at baggage claim. I ended up getting black over the other limited color options simply because it was the only color on sale. The few other color options available aren't stand-out colors anyways so for the price difference, it was worth getting just the black despite it being the most common luggage color. I'll have to add my own flare to make it easy to see in the sea of black. Despite the limited colors these really are a great option for the price....they are reasonably priced for a big set and way better quality than other sets of the same price range I researched/looked at.

Great luggage set especially for the price. There is literally a size for every occasion. My favorite is the duffle bag which fits PERFECTLY under airplane seats! I felt like I could back so much more to bring with me on the plane compared to bringing a regular backpack. I’ve used the hard luggage twice on flights now and no damage so far. I got it in black/brown so you wouldn’t be able to see scuff marks.

Honestly the best steal ever! Affordable bundle that works amazing for a traveler! We travel all the time and the wheels roll so smooth and the suitcases are so durable. They don’t get crushed. Only thing is the zipper fabric came off the duffel on the first use. Otherwise the duffel is incredibly functional as a carry-on!
