The sled itself is fine and what I expected, but the way it was shipped was not. It arrived with no box, no shrink wrap, nothing but shipping labels slapped onto it. Fortunately, it was not damaged in transit but it had to be wiped down and cleaned up since it had gotten dirty during its trip to our address. To add insult to injury, the delivery person left it on top of one of our shrub bushes near the mailbox. I ordered this sled because I wanted something inexpensive and lightweight, and this particular one was on a list of must-have gifts for Christmas. It's for my granddaughter. I think she'll really enjoy it. It arrived without the pull cord. So I double checked the product description and found that one was supposed to be included. I couldn't find a way to contact someone to send the cord, so I printed a return slip and requested a replacement online, and returned the sled at my local Kohl's department store (VERY easy!). Our 1.5 year old had a blast! It didn’t come with a rope but we had some on hand. It worked decently for my husband and I the few times we used it down the hill. We understood this is a child size sled so no disappointment from us that it didn’t work perfectly for our size. On the other hand it is perfect for our toddler and it seems like it will last many years to come when we go on vacations to the snow.     • Fast, lightweight, fits two small children, has rope for towing and tracks straight. We love it.

Went up tot he mountains with two kids (2 yrs & 8 yrs) and used this sled every day. It is lightweight which is a plus for small kids to pull it in the snow but even with both kids in at the same time it was sturdy. It was super slippery on the snow, faster than the other sleds we were using. The rope in front is a good length for pulling passengers or for kids pulling it uphill. The sled tracks straight due to the three "fins" along the bottom, preventing it from sliding sideways and helping keep control. I would not recommend it for adults given it might be a little thin for anyone over 90-100 lbs. going over hard bumps, but that is a complete guess. ... show more

We live in NYC, and this sled is all over the local park hills when it snows ... for good reason. The size is perfect for stashing in a closet / under the bed, yet it's ample enough for two kids to barrel down a hill with reasonable comfort. The plastic is thick ... I was extremely impressed with the 33 inch sled option. I purchased it for my tall 2 year old son to use at the snow. However the sled managed to handle both my wife and our 2 year old sitting together in the sled (being pulled in snow - 135 lbs total), and furthermore I was even more shocked when I was able to fit and use the sled without the sled breaking (200 lb full sized adult). I could get the same for half the price in an store but it was before the snow storm so everything was sold out. It works, but definitely overpriced
