Size: 31W x 30L Color: Glass Mount
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased 31/30 Glass Mount color in 2025. which the website shows as size 12 “A” or ankle. I am 5’4” and normally get 12S or petite in Gloria Vanderbilt or Lee jeans. The fit seems to vary by color and/or over time. Size 31/12 - a bit on the large size - if you are in between size down. . They do stretch out a bit after a while, but I kept these as I think a size down would be too small for me. Rise: these are on the higher side for mid rise. I had mid rise Lucky jeans, several years ago that would noticeably lower. They hit just below my belly button. Length: the 30 length “ankle” jeans are slightly longer than my other petite jeans. They fit me perfectly for boot-cut, breaking slightly at the ankle, but not dragging the floor with shoes on. I’m not sure who would buy boot cut ankle jeans. Unless you are on the petite side, I would go with 32” or longer. If you are “very petite” you will probably have to hem. Overall fit: very much like the picture / true boot cut (slight flare, snug through thighs). Fabric: a bit more stretch than I’d prefer, but feels very soft and comfy. These are medium weight. Odor: some buyers have complained of the smell, which I have had with other garments purchased on Amazon. However, these had no odor whatsoever. I have had Lucky jeans in the past and loved them. I do recommend these jeans, just take reviews into account, and be prepared to exchange if size and length are not good for you. ... show more

    • Great jeans but run large! Torn between 2 sizes, but decided to size down.

I have a similar style from 10 years ago called the Brooke Boot that Lucky no longer makes. I absolutely love them and they fit perfectly. Unfortunately they got a hole in the knee and while this is in fashion now, I wanted another pair to wear to work and more formal occasions. My usual size is 26, and this was the size of my old jeans which fit perfectly. I went to a local store and they only had size 25, so I ordered the 26 from Amazon. They were a bit loose and worried they would stretch out even more after wearing them. I read reviews that said to size down. I went back to the store and tried the 25 and they were just slightly snug. I was really torn between the two, but ended up buying them and sure enough they stretched and were perfect after a couple of hours. I almost considered keeping the 26 too, but realized they would be falling off by the end of the day, so I returned them. I am 5'1 and 109 pounds by the way. Maybe if I gain back some of the weight I recently lost I will order the 26! ... show more

    • Wonderful flattering jeans! Inconsistent sizing

Love these jeans! Beware the recommended size, it was way off for me. I wear size 6, so by the size chart, I ordered 28. Fit is perfect, if a little loose. Amazon suggested 31, which would have been huge on me. Maybe it doesn’t understand those inch measurements, lol. I’m 5’4” with short legs, and the short length is long enough for 2” high clogs. As others noted, the thighs do stretch out, but they are still flattering. Update: when washed, the jeans did not shrink around or go back to the size they were before I wore them. Basically, too loose for the style. So I ordered a smaller size (27 or size 4). Much more comfortable. Update: this is hilarious, I have 3 pair of these jeans now. The darker washes do shrink a little in length. This is fine for me as they were a little long. I had to return the size 4 light wash jeans as they are too small! Much smaller than the other colors. The size 6A (28/30) fit perfectly in the light wash and the size 4 (27) fits perfectly in the darker colors. In the light color, order your usual size. In the darker colors (which are identical btw), size down. These jeans are almost hip huggers rather than mid rise, makes me nostalgic for the 70s! The tags give the usual size, not the inches size (4A rather than 27/30). ... show more
