    • They're Ok With Some QA Issues

Rec'd the wrong color (grey vs black) but used the grey any ways, a small tear in one of them as well, and some flimpsy cheap plastic holds these in-place, making them fragile. I don't pull these up or down much so they'll probably be ok for the time-being. They don't fit every window unit perfectly of course, so I realize that I will need curtains to block out the light from the edges of the window now as well. I have no desire to remove all of it and re-package it to return everything and have to put my old blinds back up in the interim. I will eventually replace these with something of higher quality, as $70 for these things is way too much. 3 stars for just being fairly easy to install, might be too kind given the QA issues (small tear, wrong color, one box had metal brackets, the other plastic etc.., etc..,). ... show more

Bought this to place over my home office door as it had glass inserts. I also bought this with intent of not opening / closing everyday. The pieces on the roll up part had cheap plastic that were already broke so I had to improvise. The pull string is very weak so that could break at some point. They’re definitely cheap and feel cheap but they honestly don’t look bad. The mounting system kind of sucks so what I did was drill three holes through the rear plastic piece and put three screws into my window frame. They’ve been secure since I’ve done that. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them if you had kids that might pull on them because I just wouldn’t see them holding up. But overall since I’ve put the screws in mine are secure and doing their job.
