The media could not be loaded. I had 3 rooms installed by 3 different people and in each room in high traffic areas all 3 floors are failing. Obviously it's the flooring and not the installation. It has been less than a year and I'll probably have to have it all replaced. It's a giant mess. The floors looked beautiful for a few months but they just did not hold up. Don't waste your time or money on this product.

One carton had flaws with a one quarter inch raised corner on each plank, another whole carton was broken, each plank has same cracked corner, because accidents do happen in shipping and delivery, I will try to make it work for shorter pieces. I’m not sure about the video that states you can cut it with a box cutter, you can score it, but you definitely need a good orbital jigsaw for cutting! I wasn’t home for the delivery of this product, and because of a family emergency I didn’t get to check for damage or installing right away. So it’s best if you can’t check for damage, have a friend or neighbor do it, if possible. Other than the damaged cartons, the flooring is beautiful and I believe it will hold up well because I installed it over a very level and solid surface. I would recommend this product, as it is easy to install and makes a beautiful floor.

We are still in the process of installing these but we really like them! The color is beautiful but it does look more gray in darker areas of the house than we wanted. They are also not as easy to put together as you would hope but you get the hang of it eventually. If you mess up and need to take a panel out you have to be very careful because the edges chip and create a lip very easily. A few boxes came with chipped corners but we just used those for pieces we had to cut. It’s quiet and feels good under your feet!

Take your time measure twice cut once. It locks in tight on all sides which help for the water proofing hard to undo a mistake. Flooring looks great easy to clean. Scratch dent waterproof thick and pre padded great flooring for the money

I was happy when we first got the boxes. Color was nice a little darker than what we ordered. But this is not a do it yourself job. Somes tiles were cracked where they are supposed to lock. I left the one bathroom with what I could an threw out the rest. Waste of money and time.

I o4edered the sample to, well, sample this type of flooring. I wanted to see up close, see the durability, the color and how it interlocks. I can say I'm deeply impressed by the sample I received and looking at this makes me want to replace all the flooring in my house and not just my basement, which was the original goal.
