Keep in mind these are not peel and stick. They are luxury vinyl. I used a tile sticker on the floor and put these on top. I then grouted like normal. I got these so I could put them right over my existing tile. When grouting, it leaves a cloudy residue. Let it set and the next day go in with dawn dish soap and a sponge to scrub the residue off. Don’t try to do it while the grout is wet. Last picture shows the cloudiness before I cleaned it.

Majority of my opinions are positive. The LVT looks fantastic, obviously. To do it right, it's hard work though. My only complaint is that there were a handful of tiles out of multiple boxes that had some manufacturing defects that presented as lines in the LVT surface (reference picture). Make sure when you're picking up the tile to install that you don't use those tiles. I found out half way through install that they existed and watched out for them proceeding the rest of the install. Thankfully those tiles will be under the vanity. So no harm no fowel. Still, if you're not paying attention, this could be problematic for some because it's definitely obvious. Had it been more visible, I would have been furious. I hope the manufacturer sees this review and makes corrections to avoid it in their manufacturing process.

Well we didn't use them on the floor, but they turned out great! Made this cool accent wall in the entryway of our Airbnb. Quality was good. Each tile was the same size. For smaller cuts,I would have preferred to use my miter saw, but didn't have it on me. Used a razor blade and it worked fine. Used all around construction adhesive. HOPEFULLY they stay on the wall. There was some slight lift on a few of the pieces, but for the most part they sat flat on the wall. Overall we're very pleased.

- these are not adhesive. These are glue. I don’t know how many reviews I saw that were upset about this but the manufacturer (not the listing, but the actual brand manufacturer) clearly lists this as a glue down mosaic tile. Yes, this is a VINYL tile. Just because it’s a “stone” look doesn’t mean it will be exactly the same look as a porcelain tile. -I’d recommend getting samples beforehand. Helps with confirming the look. - There are no grout lines. - Because this is vinyl, I’d recommend to heavily consider the grout type you’re going to use, even using the samples as a test. A sanded grout might scratch/discolor the tile more. I used an epoxy while taping off the edges to avoid potential damage and assist with cleanup. I love the installation so far, I only gave four stars because I haven’t had them in for very long so can’t talk to durability.

These require adhesive -they are not self stick . I used releasable floor adhesive for vinyl flooring. It was easy to spread a thin layer with a trowel. I could stick down, then pull back up if I needed to reposition . Easy peasey…..

Thick tiles with nice marble pattern. Other peel and stick options had a cheap looking pattern (I bought both to compare). Used a utility knife and extra strong scissors to cut/liquid nails to glue down/pre mixed grout in Delorean grey/caulked edges to finish off. It wasn’t easy, but it’s much better than the peel and stick tile floors the previous tenants had.

I had put in “self adhesive “ in the search and these came up. They are not self adhesive and do not stick to the dry wall in the garage with super glue. For other products though I think they would work well. Have a nice look and feel
