I got this cue for my birthday. It was an upgrade from my first cue stick which was a Player's Graphic series cue. This is such a game changer. It's more accurate, far less deflection when using english (which takes getting used to if you've never had a zero deflection shaft), and the tip grips the cue ball so much better. I looked for a good stick for a good while before I decided what I wanted, I seen some nice sticks with lacasi and some with muecci, I found a phone number and warranty advertised from lucasi none with muecci, so I called and a gentleman named Steve Schulte answers the phone, we talk for a few minutes I described to him what I wanted, he took the time to send me an email of some product that i was seeking, I called the man back at 502 hoping I wasn't too late, I was but he answered anyway on his way home to his family this man stops at a halt and stays over to help me get the stick I wanted ordered, over the phone directed me as to how to down load pay pal on my phone so I could order this stick that day on a Friday, awesome man, very considerate, sharp on his job and new exactly what to do and how to getter done, I commend you Steve Schulte for this, lucasi has a great asset to there company and he is it, I've never received service from any individual like I did him, and this stick is amazing, I personally thank this man to the up most.
