I first learned of this product when I lived in Australia for a year. And I will definitely attest, his is an amazing product for a lot of things! I use this for virtually everything, as a triple antibiotic, and even with cold sores, especially. It’s also great when your nose is suffering from dryness from blowing your nose too much with a cold. Pawpaw is truly one of those ingredients I feel as a hidden gem and they certainly do really well putting in this ointment.

The media could not be loaded. I often have dry lips cos I ain't use to AC or cold weather. I've used different kinds of lip balms and lip gloss but all didn't work best. One of my friend said to use petroleum jelly which was good but I don't want to often use petroleum as it's bad for the health. I begun searching for this item online and happy to see this on Amazon as one of the best dermatologist quickly showed this to her post as effective for the lips and the ingredients are safe and healthy specially the papaya enzymes. I gave 4 stars cos the item arrived in bad condition like the ointment is melting out on its tube. The product doesn't have a seal so it won't leak. However, it was so effective still. Just an expensive ointment!

I got this because it was the New York Times Wirecutter recommendation. I’ve found it to have good hydration without causing irritation (I’m sensitive to most other common brands like Burt’s Bees, Chapstick, etc). It has a light scent that reminds me a little of vanilla frosting that goes away after a minute or so. It makes your lips sticky like most lip products, but that too goes away after a few minutes. The applicator tip is nice. Overall, I’ll probably continue to use Vaseline at night but I would buy this product again to have in my purse for daytime application.
