Well built, a very good quality product. Has 3 different levels of adjustment. Acupuncture bumps are not too intense. How to put together easily: While on knees, stand it on end and then bend the spine board (curving it toward you) into the desired position. Is 100% easier to make adjustments to it this way, than what is shown. It just arrived and haven't used it yet other than resting against it now on the couch as I type this. It fits my back comfortably and my posture is corrected. Will update review once I've had some time to use it. Update: I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THIS HAS ALLEVIATED MY BACK PAIN. Have been using it for about 10 days-at night just before sleep. As a lifelong horsewoman who has lifted well over 100,000 pounds of hay over my lifetime, not to mention all the stall cleaning, I would have back spasms daily plus pain across my back at hip level. Pain could be excruciating. If I now begin to have a spasm I sit on the couch with my back against it and the spasm eases. It had definitely helped the pain I have at hip level also. It takes a few days to learn how to work with it to get what you need released and relaxed--take your time, experiment and BREATHE thru it. I find it so comfortable now, I have fallen asleep on it within minutes of laying back on it. One tip that may help you--when you first lay back on it, keep your hips raised. That will make it less ouchy on your spine and work your core a bit. After a few minutes, relax your hips and let your butt very gradually sink down--ahhh, heaven. One of the best purchases I've ever made. I also recommend a hip belt (available on Amazon) if you have hip/sacro issues. I’m a 58 year old male of average build. Ive been working out 4 days a week, hoping to alleviate Lower back stenosis. I’ve been working out regularly only a couple months with no relief of lower back pain, then I purchased this stretcher. There seems to be differing reviews on how to use it. My main point when using is positioning but I’ll address that momentarily. There are a number of videos on YT, from medical professionals discussing the use of stretchers. If used properly, they can give quite a bit of relief. Number one, There are three adjustable settings from low to high. Start with the lowest and make sure the adjustable slotted end is facing your head, not your feet. Number two, and most important, the main product video positioning of your back onto the product would only be correct for middle to upper back, not lower back. Basically, if you have lower back issues, make sure that when you lie onto the product, the main area of your discomfort is at the highest point,or slightly beyond, the Apex of the bend when lying back on it. I would also suggest having your knees bent slightly. Again, if you have lower back pain, you do not want to position your lower back(butt) at the start of the stretcher. Your back discomfort point should be at the apex (highest stretcher point) otherwise it will be extremely uncomfortable and make matters worse. If you are positioned correctly, this item has given me decent relief. 5 to 10 minutes of use at a time. ... show more

When you lay on it you are going to wonder if you are hurting or helping yourself but trust me, this gives actual lower back relief. I do not know why or how this kind of pressurey dense foam helps but it helps give me more lower back stamina if I use it. Slight learning curve but keep at it you'll figure it out. ... show more
