The LS2 Helmets Verso is the newest open model in the range. The Verso features LS2's twin shield system with an exclusive, rotary dial switch for the sunshield that makes it easy to drop down or close, even with a gloved hand. The shield features exterior vortex generators and internal air diffusers. These high-end features create stability at speed, and create a quiet, clear riding experience. The shield is optically correct and uses LS2’s FogFighter fog resistant treatment for the maximum in fog protection. The shield is scratch and UV resistant and can be changed quickly and easily with our tool-less quick-change system. The Verso comes with an optional, removable peak for even more versatility in riding styles. The dual visors work together for a combined recovery system which will allow the internal sun shield to be raised when the exterior shield is raised. The removable, washable comfort padding uses breathable technical fabric and is easy to keep as fresh as new. Our cheek pads use ultra-high quality foam that is cut to shape using LS2’s 3D laser technology for all day comfort and no hot spots. Fully adjustable, flow through ventilation keeps you cool and more in control when the weather gets rough. A DOT approved quick release chinstrap makes it a breeze to get the helmet off and on your head. Our designers at our world headquarters in Barcelona, Spain interviewed touring riders, adventure riders and commuters, and then set out to design the ultimate in a modular style motorcycle helmet. Love the snug fit. They seem to run a little small. I am at the top end of a large in measurements, but purchased the XL and glad I did. VERY QUIET helmet for an open face. Very aerodynamic as well... turn your head sideways and cuts through the wind very well. I had to dig out the foam on the inside behind the pads to get my speakers to fit in without pressing on my ear. To be honest, haven't found a helmet yet that allows the speakers to tuck in nicely. Love the visors, the fit, the look and how quiet it is for an open face helmet. The slots on the bottom of the visor do an outstanding job of keeping your visor clear from fog. Love this helmet. This XL helmet fits well considering it is new. As i wear glasses and use earbuds for my GPS i have to be careful fitting the helmet; it is slowly getting a little looser. I find the helmet fits best slightly forward otherwise the sun visor does not bridge my nose properly. The outer visor is good, with a little pressure it locks in place. I love these helmets, the quick release chin strap is easy to use what you have your adjustments set. I have two of these helmets and my girlfriend has one and we love them. The reason I have two is one is a full face and one is three-quarter.

Let’s start with the bad or wrong. 1: Sizing is very bad. I understand sizing and helmets are different. I typically wear an XL (61-62). It is the same for both my half and modular helmet. With this helmet based on other reviews, I bought an XXXL. Even with the 2 extra sizes, it’s still somewhat snug from my ears and up, which would have been livable as helmet would have loosen over time but too tight ears to my neck. Especially, once the shield is closed. A 4 xl I would have probably been good but they don’t make in that size. 2: Internal sun shield. The shield itself is ok but the mechanism for deployment is garbage. My other 2 helmets have several degrees of shield deployment and are very stable. Not on the helmet I received. You turn the knob and it just falls down crashing into your nose. It’s also very loose. 3: probably just a me thing but not thrilled over how the chin strap system crosses over the ears especially the left side. This uncomfortable feeling could be due to the tightness of the lower half of the helmet. The good. The functionality of the helmet is very good. My eyes start drying out in my half helmet due to wind even with riding glasses with wind blocking foam. Not so in the short time I wore this helmet. I also had no problems wearing my glasses in the helmet. I need them for the bifocal function to read my dash. The internal visor does accommodate my glasses but the could just be based on helmet size. The top vent was adequate for air circulation. It does have the glowing night strips but I wonder how long they will last. Overall, if they had a 4xl, I would have kept or gotten that size. I could have lived with the sun visor and chin strap issues with a bigger size but no it was sent back. ... show more

Let me start by saying the other reviews are spot on in regards to the appearance & quality of this helmet. Although the manufacturer calls the base color navy, it’s really a deep purple color - just as shown in photos from other buyers. I was a bit concerned the XS would be too big since I’ve always needed a XXS (which is not available in this particular helmet). Thankfully the extra thick padding made the XS a perfect fit! And speaking of padding, it’s 2+ inches thick - way better than any helmets I’ve seen. Love the quick release on the strap & the face shield is ideal. Such a well designed, quality helmet - worth every penny. Last, but certainly not least, the colors & design are beautiful - much nicer in person than the bad stock photo on Amazon (other sellers have photos that reflect the true colors). ... show more

This is a fantastic helmet for the money. Optical clarity of the shield is exceptionally good. Peripheral vision is excellent. Has some wind noise, but that's to be expected with an open face helmet. Some good foam earplugs will take care of that. I was able to try the Verso helmet on at a dealership. The chart says I need a medium. I was able to try a large and a medium. The medium fit perfect. Lots of people say they run on the small side, but that was not the case for me. When I tried the large, when it was on and the strap tight, when I shook my head the helmet would move around. That is too loose. The dealership would not accept a return once I paid for it, so ordered it from Amazon who had a 30 day return policy . Ordered on Tuesday, and arrived on Friday from MXMegastore. Very happy with this purchase. ... show more
