Description

The LS2 Bagger 568 half helmet is deceptively full-featured. We start with an ultra-lightweight High Performance Fiberglass Composite (HPFC) shell. We add a removable, washable comfort liner is fully removable and washable, so you can keep it as fresh as new, (Always wash by hand and air dry). We include a zip- off neck skirt that will keep you warmer on cool days, and can be removed when the sun is shining. The neck skirt has pockets for speakers from your MP3 player, and a hidden pocket around the neck to hide any wires. It includes a removable, 3-snap peak to shade your eyes. DOT approved.

    • Almost what I wanted in a half bucket!
This helmet actually was a pretty good fit, but I can't say it was a perfect fit. My only two complaints are these: 1. It does crunch the ears a little, but I don't have a problem with it. Maybe modifying the removable liner to provide ear relief would do the trick, but I haven't done so yet. 2. The chin strap seems to be positioned so that it cuts into my neck. It isn't much, but I would like it angled toward the point of my chin more for comfort. This cap fits well and fairly comfortably and holds true to the recommended sizing (charts available at the LS2 website). Even with the chin strap issue, the helmet cinches tightly and does not blow off of my head when I look over the windscreen. The irony of finding this helmet is that I searched all over the greater area for a half helmet without finding one that fit nicely. This one fit right out of the box, and fits nicely with the zip-on neck curtain installed too! Only one more thing I'd like to see is a pair of ear covers for when the neck curtain is off of the lid. Heavy crosswinds are a little hard on the ears! Even with the problems I've notice, I'm very pleased with this bucket and it looks good! I will be looking toward LS2 helmets in the future.     • Reasons for my purchase.
First, I wear a 7-3/8" hat and the size Large helmet fits me well. I purchased this helmet because of its quick release feature and its shape. It has that Seer patrolman's helmet look. Bought white for visibility.

    • Excellent quality and fit.
I prefer a full face but for short trips around town at slow speed I feel very well protected. Great fit and no shaking on my head. Does well keeping wind out of my ears also.

I was concerned about head size 59cm but the large fits fine. C.H.I.P.'s Style and the colour were my priorities this helmet ticks all the boxes. Fibre glass & DOT approved for what it's worth. Looks great riding a California Vintage!
