I have been looking into buying the LS2 Advant II helmet for months. When I bought the helmet from Amazon it said in the description that the LS2 Advant II comes with a Clear shield and a Smoke shield because it showed that it comes with a smoke shield with a ✓ mark like the Pinlock insert which had a ✓ mark too but when I opened the box there was no smoke shield with the helmet. I called Amazon and they said they would contact the seller. The seller sent me a message saying that it doesn't come with a smoke shield so I called Amazon again and they said there is no ✓ mark and when I looked they changed it to an X mark now showing that it didn't come with it and the person told me it was never changed and that I was wrong. Thankfully earlier that day I took a screenshot showing that it had a ✓ mark just hours before and I told Amazon that it is false advertisement and I was gonna contact the Better Business Bureau and make a complaint so Amazon decided to give me a refund and told me to keep the helmet for free instead of sending it back and that was fine with me! A free helmet is better than a smoke shield. Now I got an LS2 Advant II $400 180° modular helmet for free. Thanks Amazon! I'm also a good Amazon Prime member for over 10 years. The last person from Amazon that I talked too really went above and beyond to give me a free $400 helmet. Plus the helmet is great for the Spring and Summer while riding my Kaabo Warrior X Max e-scooter that goes up to 48mph! I already have a Scorpion Exo AT960 modular helmet but it is heavy and it doesn't go back 180° like the LS2 helmet.

This helmet is fantastic and well worth the price! We bought 2 - one for me and one for my husband. We really like that they can be worn as full face, just visor and with dark visor. The fact that the full face opens all the way to the back of your head is fantastic. We also use the helmet cover all the time when we go into restaurants or stores with our helmets. These helmets are pricey but well with the investment for a modular helmet!

The media could not be loaded. The mouth clip for the vent fell off. Other than that looks like a good helmet. The size does run smaller but my previous helmet was a bit loose M- purchase an XL nice fit. Would have been a five not for that. I have used the helmet a few times now great buy!!!!!!. Also, get the JBL upgrade speaker

I know you love the 180 degree mouthguard flip - but for as expensive as this helmet is - I expected better. I've worn it almost every day for the last few months and here are my two biggest gripes: 1. Once the clear visor is fully closed, it locks into place. In order to open it, you have unlatch it. To do this, you have to jam your finger into this narrow little crevice and press a button. Hard and annoying enough to do with your bare hands. Effing impossible with gloves on. 2. The sunshield visor is deployed with a slide. The mechanism jams all the time. I can't believe this is what $400 gets you. I can't believe this is what the engineers at LS2 came up with.
