Arrived promptly. Lovely purse, stands without sagging. I am picky about my purses! Has one outside pocket - wished it had a few outside pockets. I like my cell phone in an outside pocket. My biggest concern, the purse is too tall and the short handles inhibit me from easily putting a hand into purse and getting what I need. I don't put a tablet into my purse. The two leather straps need to be longer to fit over my shoulder. I don't need such a tall purse. It could be a few inches shorter and be easier to get into it. I may be returning it, but it is a lovely purse. It does not have the polyester lining which is soooo good. Polyester sags and makes it difficult to find what you are looking for inside. Also the purse doesn't look big which is a big plus. I don't want to look like I'm carrying a duffel bag around. With a few changes, it would be the perfect purse for me!

UPDATE: I have been using this purse about 5 months now and it still looks just as great as the day I received it!! I am in no way easy on purses either! I carry pretty much everything I would ever need, lol. I would be lost without my purse! But seriously, these purses are amazing!! They are priced really well and they have a good selection also! So donât hesitate! Take it from someone who carries it every day and puts them to good use!! I also purchased a beautiful guitar shoulder strap to put on it and I get so many compliments on this purse and the color!! Go buy one!! You will love it!! Well done Lovevook!! PS: the second photo is the purse now (5 mos of daily use) with the guitar shoulder strap. If you are reading reviews, then you are probably considering buying this particular purse. If thatâs the case, then I say get it!! I love this purse!! Itâs the perfect size, has a great amount of pockets on the inside, and the color is amazing!! I bought the purple one. Itâs a deep, darker purple and very pretty in person. I plan to buy more colors. This is a very well made purse! I absolutely love everything about it. It came packaged very nicely and also came with a nice storage bag to keep it in when youâre not using it. You will love this purse! Highly recommend!!

I ordered the black purse with brown straps. I love it! It is spacious and feels very durable. There is one zipper pocket and 3 open pockets. It looks like a designer purse for a fraction of the cost!
