LovesTown 140PCS Blue Balloons Set is a great value. The quality is decent, and while the balloons aren't as thick as others I've used, the defect rate is tolerable, at around 8%. I bought these for my friend's birthday party as blue is his favorite color. The balloons look fantastic once set up.
