Wowsers, this thing is packed with a powerful motor. I've never felt something so powerful in that size and battery operated. Size-wise the toy is fine. I'm also not sold on the charger port location, but having seen the reviews on the previous model I know why it was placed where it is. It's just feels that it could become a failure point after repeated use regardless. It's supposed to waterproof, but I don't feel it's a guarantee with the placement. One place I feel it most lacking for all of the Lovense products is their app. There needs to be a better way to tie a device to the app or multiple apps - as most people are using them with a partner. This device consistently had issues getting recognized and associated with my app and even gave me an error stating that too many devices were associated with the toy - mine was the only app ever connected to it so I'm not sure how 1 can ever be the max. Most times if you walked away or tuned off Bluetooth, the app would clear out the toys and you would have re-associate it with the device again. There has to be a better way of associating a device and then only becoming dis-associated when it is manually removed. The app does have nice features once it actually connects - like creating new patterns, saving patterns, finding ones other users have created, pulsing in rhythm to music played on your device, or pulsating to mic inputs on your device. Overall, a powerful and pretty good toy, but with a couple tweaks to the app could be awesome.

I'm very happy with the product! I have two other toys I got from the loveness website and I can't tell a difference between the Amazon version and the official versions. There definitely made the same. Charger: I love the charger on this one. My other toys that charge magnetic and don't always charge properly so that's frustrating. I wish they all had plug in chargers like this one. Noise: When it's inside its completely silent unless your on the highest seting and even then it's very faint. When it's out you can definitely hear it but if you play something in the background it's not bad especially in your under covers. Overall this was a very good toy especially for someone who has never had one before!

So I read all the horror stories about the product being damaged put of the box or breaking really fast... I ordered anyways. Unfortunately it did actually come to me sealed, manufacturer packaging, and defective. The button wouldn't work at all. Wouldn't turn on, flash, vibrate, nothing. Just plugged in and that's it. I haven't had a chance to "test" it yet per se. I cant say how good it is, but im leaving 3 stars instead of 1 or 5, because I reached out to the manufacturer like other comments have said, and they sent me a free replacement that HAS turned on out of the box. Customer service on Lovense's end has been nothing but pleasant. I was afraid I would have to fight for help, but it was so easy. ☆Make sure you keep the manufacturer packaging!!!!! You need the serial number off the box!!!! Customer service will have you fill out a form and submit images and a video of the product defect and theyll send a free replacement within the week!!!☆ 1 star for defective product, 5 stars for customer service. Can't wait to use it now that i have one that works. PLUS!!! Other commenters have mentioned repeat unit failures; I asked Lovense about that, and they said I can report and fill out the warranty form as many times as I need, no limit on how often I can replace it as long as its within a year. Girl.. I was so disappointed.. im glad they made it right

I didn't quite know what to expect with this product but it's fantastic. The motor is very strong (but not in a bad way), and the ability to play around with the programs in the app is so much fun! My favorite feature is the ability to connect your Spotify account and map out a vibration pattern for songs you like! There's sensations I didn't even know could be experienced. The alarm clock is an INTRIGUING feature but don't rely on it for anything important. Unfortunately, the Lovense app drops the bluetooth connection for no reason sometimes, so I missed my alarm when I tried it. That is within the app, and lots of other reviews mention connectivity issues. For me it's not a dealbreaker. There's so many other things to do with this. DO keep in mind that if you want to connect to a PC, you MUST buy a separate USB dongle (Lovense has it on their site for like $10? $15?). You can't use the app as a workaround, I tried. If you're thinking about it, I say go for it. If you're not sure, definitely keep this on your radar as you decide. I'm happy with the results.

Had for a month and it will NOT hold a charge. So frustrating considering it’s not cheap and cannot be returned even if a faulty product. Very disappointing.

Great product and actually works long distance. Him and I live 500+ miles through the app it actually lets him have full control of the toy. It does seem a little big length wise but has good power. 8/10 would recommend for long distance couples.
