Upon Arrival, the Thrusting Function does not work, tried by button-pressing as well as Lovense APP manual control. Thought maybe the toy had to be inserted to function, it does not even now. It's essentially just a glorified (and expensive) disappointment of a Vibrator.

First off, I love my Gravity. Loved, should say. They warranty the product for one year from date of original purchase. So when the thrusting motor on my first one died, the replacement was at my house three days later. When that replacement overheated to a point where it was unable to be touched (not something you want anywhere near sensitive areas, I assure you), the replacement was at my house four days later. That replacement lasted for five months and the thrusting motor went out. The next replacement arrived quickly as well, and died last week...just after the original warranty ran out. Turns out they're not warrantying the products themselves - they're guaranteeing that you have a product for 365 days from the date you first purchase one. Despite the fact that I had had this last one for far less than a year, it had been over a year since I bought my first one, so no replacement will be honored. It's not a warranty; it's a $200/year subscription fee to use the Gravity. And their 'exclusive offer' on a new toy is a 55% off coupon...which is the same sale they run every eight weeks or so. Normally all of their products are 50% off. Woo. An extra 5% discount as thanks for...what, having to replace a toy five times in a year because they kept failing? If I could afford to spend two hundred bucks a year to buy a new Gravity I would. I absolutely loved it. Felt great, easy to use, and even if their app is a buggy POS sometimes, I had many many hours of fun solo, partner, and large group play with this toy. Battery lasts for quite a while compared to some of my other toys. But I can't afford to spend that much every year for a product I know will fail repeatedly, so sadly I believe I will be looking elsewhere.

I can't review on the website so I figured here. Meh. It's a vibrating dildo. 1. You can change the vibrating and thrusting settings. 2. Not unless I suddenly have no feelings down there, even the highest vibrating setting (and changing the patterns) was nothing to me. 3. Same with the thrusting. It thrusted on the outside (some internal? Lol). And even on high it's not that great. Plus it's loud. I guess it should be used with the stand more than in bed lol. 4. The app takes a few minutes to figure out. Maybe try it outside the body first. I can't figure out how to change the vibrating patterns without manually pushing the button. But again the V/T levels were all high at the end and it was mediocre at best. Save your money and buy a vibrating dildo for 70 bucks. Not worth the hype they promote.

Purchased for my wife (and I) on a early early Black Friday sale. Their toys are usually just ok- I realize I’m paying to keep all the toys in one app which is convenient. This toy, listed at $259 (don’t worry honey, that’s not what I paid), arrived dead. Ok….these things happen. I reached out to customer service. Didn’t hear anything for a couple days. Finally someone responded and asked for a video. Ok. Sent them a video. No response…reached out again. They needed the serial number. No problem…no response. Reached out again…said they will *try* and ship one out to me in the next few days but if I don’t hear anything, write them again. After trying to troubleshoot the toy it seems pretty common for ALL Lovense toys to have about a 30% chance of arriving dead. At which point they have your money so they will replace at their whim and on their schedule. For $30 or $40? Sure. Whatever. But they want a premium at this point and they should be providing premium products and premium customer service. One email a day asking the same questions or things they could have asked for initially is frustrating. Unless you have to have a Lovense branded toy for work, look elsewhere.

After two months this device stopped working won’t charge. Contacted Amazong for a replacement and Lovense won’t replace the item even under warranty. Amazon had to take full responsibility I don’t understand why even have them as a seller.
