Upon Arrival, the Thrusting Function does not work, tried by button-pressing as well as Lovense APP manual control. Thought maybe the toy had to be inserted to function, it does not even now. It's essentially just a glorified (and expensive) disappointment of a Vibrator.

I can't review on the website so I figured here. Meh. It's a vibrating dildo. 1. You can change the vibrating and thrusting settings. 2. Not unless I suddenly have no feelings down there, even the highest vibrating setting (and changing the patterns) was nothing to me. 3. Same with the thrusting. It thrusted on the outside (some internal? Lol). And even on high it's not that great. Plus it's loud. I guess it should be used with the stand more than in bed lol. 4. The app takes a few minutes to figure out. Maybe try it outside the body first. I can't figure out how to change the vibrating patterns without manually pushing the button. But again the V/T levels were all high at the end and it was mediocre at best. Save your money and buy a vibrating dildo for 70 bucks. Not worth the hype they promote.

After two months this device stopped working won’t charge. Contacted Amazong for a replacement and Lovense won’t replace the item even under warranty. Amazon had to take full responsibility I don’t understand why even have them as a seller.

Purchased for my wife (and I) on a early early Black Friday sale. Their toys are usually just ok- I realize I’m paying to keep all the toys in one app which is convenient. This toy, listed at $259 (don’t worry honey, that’s not what I paid), arrived dead. Ok….these things happen. I reached out to customer service. Didn’t hear anything for a couple days. Finally someone responded and asked for a video. Ok. Sent them a video. No response…reached out again. They needed the serial number. No problem…no response. Reached out again…said they will *try* and ship one out to me in the next few days but if I don’t hear anything, write them again. After trying to troubleshoot the toy it seems pretty common for ALL Lovense toys to have about a 30% chance of arriving dead. At which point they have your money so they will replace at their whim and on their schedule. For $30 or $40? Sure. Whatever. But they want a premium at this point and they should be providing premium products and premium customer service. One email a day asking the same questions or things they could have asked for initially is frustrating. Unless you have to have a Lovense branded toy for work, look elsewhere.
