This product is 100% cotton, but it IS NOT pre-shrunk. When I first got these overalls, I tried them on and they were almost too big. After washing twice, they shrunk two sizes, and now sit right above my ankles when they used to sit at my heels. If you purchase these, I'd buy two sizes larger than you think you need.

I was so excited for these, but these unfortunately do NOT look like how I was expecting. It was scratchy fabric, only one layer, not a cute pattern in reality, and made me look pregnant with the extra fabric right under the stomach. I don't know what was up with that. I will be returning it.

Light weight but sturdy material. Reminds me a bit of linen. I hang dry them so the buttons will last longer. They are so comfortable I hardly know I have them on. I gets lots of compliments when wearing them.
