This thing is a complete waste of money. Even at it's highest setting, the suction is too weak to get the nubs inside the sleeve to make firm contact. Increasing the speed only makes the suction weaker. There is absolutely no automatic stroking effect. If you want to get a comparable experience for a lot less money, buy one of those $5 pet hair gloves with the rubber nubs on it, then *gently* grab & release yourself.

This is fun to use, but it is a bit loud even on a lower setting. The obvious plus here is that this suction device plugs into the wall outlet, so you don’t need to worry about the battery running out while you’re using the device. That said, the wireless vibrator and controller that come with it have rechargeable batteries, but they can be used for a quite a while between charges. It has ten different settings combined (five speeds and five intensities). The downside is the cost, the fact that the sleeves are somewhat heavy (so they’re durable, but cumbersome), the air tube is a harder plastic with nothing to hold it in place where it connects to the sleeve, and the air tube also doesn’t provide for a good air seal at the sleeve either. Here’s the fix… I bought a softer, more flexible clear tube and use that instead, and it works way better and doesn’t poke you at the top of the sleeve. Also, replacement sleeves are available and you can get them with or without the strap. The sleeves will last a long time though. The sleeves are not flimsy, although I do wish they were a little thinner and softer because it would probably work better with the suction. Bottom line, if you don’t mind spending the money, it’s a decent product. The concept is fantastic, the execution of said concept is a little better than mediocre (it certainly could be improved), but it does work.

I got this in todays mail. needed to relax, figured i would give it a spin, very easy hookup. put vibe bullet in pocket on back of unit, hooked hose up and plugged it in. inserted my member. turned it on , has 5 levels of suction. even on the highest level. its pretty weak, just a very light squeeze is felt. bullet was vibing, unit was squeezing. watching movie, still not even getting close, after 30 minutes, gave up. put super vibe against clear sheath and finally made it. i have many toys, this thing costs almost $180 i have a biting suction toy that only cost $25 and it gets me there. SAVE YOUR MONEY. BETTER TOYS OUT THERE

Definitely enjoying this device, it does what it's intended to which is to give you a nice relaxing and highly arousing milking experience. Your prostate and nuts will more than likely be ever so thankful during and after this experience. It wants to milk every drop you got and then even more if you're brave enough to stick it out through an intense toe curling and eyes rolling to the back of their sockets orgasm(s). If you're worried about privacy and as to how loud the device gets what I'll say is if you're living in a dorm or house with others they may here it if they press their ears to the door but if you have something else running in the background like your TV, a Bluetooth speaker with music (my preference) you'll probably mask 80% of the pump volume since it can get loud with the other modes, especially the fast suction. Cleaning is very simple, rinse water thoroughly through the 2 detachable hoses and also through the baby gravy overflow (the black circular attachment shown in the advertised images). Now for the negative(s), as mentioned by one reviewer here the hoses if not inserted properly will poke the head of your member and can be painful, there's no implementation of a safety measure by design to keep the hose in place and with all the lubricants, natural and unnatural alike, it can from time to time cause the hose to slip off but never slip down. I would recommend inserting the hose with one hand and with another reach inside and press a finger up against the hole inside and also a few centimeters into the hole itself, once you feel even the slightest bit of hose dial it back a few centimeters more and you'll be good. Also the silicone attachment had a hole inside where you place the vibrator and creates air bleeding if the vibrator is not directly inside which will cause the suction to weaken slightly but the biggest issue with that is this device is intended to suck and milk you dry, it can be very messy during orgasm as most of your fluids will be pushed out this hole if not plugged. My last complaint would be that the hoses could have been a little longer, I know to long of a hose will create less suction since the pump provided is not very large but adding a few inches to the hose is totally doable, I bought some additional clear goat milking hoses which give that extra desired length and the actually slip less and are more flexible. All in all this toy is cheaper than the hummer, another male milking device and the silicone attachment is more intuitive in design thanks to the ball strap it hold it in place for great hands free experience, I'm sure you could use that sleeve with the Hummer if you wanted and they do sell them separately here if you look. 3/5 is my rating and I still would highly recommend it if you're on a budget, $120 cheaper the alternative Hummer and every man should experience being milked at least once in his life, definitely some of the best orgasms I've felt in my lifetime.
