Out of the box this comforter set had some strings hanging off or not secured throughout. I don't want to cut them off because I don't want it to come apart (not that it will, but I don't know). I just wish it wasn't put together sloppily. It's actually really comfortable and looks very nice. The seersucker adds a nice texture and doesn't feel cheap. I do like how the pillowcases have a sort of enclosure so your pillow isn't constantly slipping out. Overall, I like it and would recommend it. ... show more

First things first, this comforter says that it is breathable and for all seasons, but it is very wrong. I love the way it looks, the quality is genuinely nice, it fits right. But one of the main reasons I bought this specific one was because I hoped it would help with how hot I get at night. It is very dense, and not breathable *at all*. I bought it mid April, but even during lower spring season it has been burning me up, and every single night I wake up sweating like never before. Even my husband, who usually runs colder than I do, feels that this comforter is too heavy and insists on bringing a fan into the room. If you run cold, or if you're looking for a thick winter comforter set, then look no further, for the price this is really a good set. But if you're like me and are looking into this because it says its breathable and are wanting something not too heavy- I wouldn't advise it unfortunately. ... show more
