I've had these for two days and I'm obsessed! The price is so good. For reference, I am a 28C and got the XS size. they fit well in my athletic tops and give me a perfect lift! I can't wait to try them in my bikini tops. They are 100% SO STICKY and SWEAT PROOF!! They stayed on through a 45 minute walk in 95° Texas heat and through high intensity weight lifting. They hold up so well. They're actually so sticky that they're a little painful to take off. I do have sensitive skin and boobs though. Even after getting them sweaty, they stay on just as well, they just have sweat beads in them. The package came with a sweet handwritten note and instruction manual. I highly recommend them and supporting small women owned businesses!

It’s an odd shape. But it worked so well with my wedding dress! I don’t think I could use it for anything else really. Having the double sided sticky was games changing. It does lose it if you get sweaty. Great lift. But they were comfortable for a 12 hour day! Got the large, my chest is a 38 DD.

I had high hopes for these inserts based on the description and some other reviews, but overall, they were just okay. The padding is actually quite nice—it adds a comfortable layer and a bit of shape under clothing. However, I didn’t get the push-up effect I was expecting, which was a little disappointing since that’s a main selling point. The adhesive also didn’t hold up very well for me. I followed the instructions and made sure my skin was clean and dry, but they didn’t stay in place for long, especially during extended wear. I tried using them with both a dress and a swimsuit, and in both cases, the stickiness just didn’t last. It’s not a bad product, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations. If you’re mainly looking for a bit of extra padding, it might work—but if you're hoping for a true push-up effect and reliable stick, you might want to keep looking.

These have lasted me a good while. Makes my boobs(36D) look really nice too. They’re pretty reliable. I tend to be fuller on the bottom so they push up nicely and they’re versatile for a wide variety of tops/dresses. I pretty much wore these every day in Italy for two weeks with a variety of outfits and they held up GREAT. I was able to turn them sideways when needed and it still filled me out and looked good. It was amazing to be on vacation and not wear a bra lol.

Wish I could put 4.5!!! They’re reaaaallly good and made my chest look bigger! I’m an A-cup (34) and they’ve brought me up to at least a B :). They looks pretty natural I think. At least nobody said anything if they looked weird. They did not irritate my skin at all! I did however have to re-adjust them towards the end of the day but probably because I move a lot. Regardless, i definitely recommend these for us small girlies :)
