While screwing each panel together was a bit tedious - it does look really great after being put together. I would not say it's super sturdy but once screwed to the wall you can easily set things on the shelves without fear of it falling off.

I was really worried about the sturdiness, but once it was mounted to the wall the rigidity was fine. I did end up using longer screws than what was included. Make sure the flats are lined up to the edges of the metal.

Very soft wood, I didn't think it'd hold up but it did! Really easy to assemble. Cool design. I plan on buying a second one for another area of the house.

These shelves look so beautiful on our living room wall! They were perfect for making the cracked/uneven seam where the two walls meet. My only suggestions are- get some help to install them- it is doable by yourself but very tricky. Also, if you plan to set anything heavy on the shelves, purchase your own wall anchors- the ones that came with the shelves were terrible and wouldn't open when a screw was installed, resulting in a lot of damage to my drywall ... show more
