I loved my bag until I opened the compartment. The inside of the zipper area was stuck together and very sticky. I feel this bag is not a real Louis Vuitton bag. The outside is very hard and does not feel or look like leather. I am unable to use the zipper compartment due to the sticky feel. I would never be able to use that.
