Product was very well packaged so none of the contents would have had an opportunity to get misplaced. The necklace is dainty but it is silver plated with gold so it should be fairly resistant to wear compared to a gold only counterpart. The key pendant is real jade and was in great shape with no cracks in the stone or anything. There were also unexpected bonus items along with the necklace. There was a compact measuring tape, pocket mirror and also a polishing cloth infused with metal polish for maintenance of the necklace. These items were all individually wrapped as part of a gift box and it made it an unexpected pleasure to open the box, especially as this was also purchased as a birthday gift. My wife loved it and I appreciate the extra consideration on the seller’s part to do business this way. Recommend highly and would buy again.

Beautiful necklace, and I loved how it looked on me but the chain broke the first time I wore it just from getting Snagged in my hair. ****Edit*****- it was my mistake, I thought it broke but it was the chain design coming undone. The company gladly provided another chain with a different clasp and all is well! They were very helpful and responsive and the necklace is beautiful

Super cute and dainty. I love how nice it looks it actually quite small I thought it would be MUCH larger but I’m very happy. The chain it comes with is a good material as well. Comfortable around my neck and doesn’t cause irritation. It is actually a lot darker than what I imagined as well. I think I’ll order the light jade as well since that matches my other jewelry a lot better.

The pendant of the hello kitty form in hetian nephrite is cute because hello kitty is inherently cute. It is dainty and wearable. But the chain appears to be defective. There is this blunt sharp metal stick that looks like it is for threading that was not looped or completed. The necklace closure is not useful due to this. Upon arrival, I asked for a replacement and the replacement has the same issue. The seller does provide a nice gift box and complimentary items with the package which is kind. I feel a bit uncertain about the necklace quality though. Is it worth it just to keep the pendant and not use the chain? I’m still thinking about it.

Don't waste your money. This necklace is so small but it could have at least looked more cat like. They sent extra items, which was cute, but didn't make the purchase worth it. We received a ring size measuring tape and a small mirror? Honestly just don't bother with this one.
