Make was initially soft touch and pretty. After installing, the quality deteriorated. Hair was extremely brittle at the ends and had an overall frizzy look. It also tangle very easily. Length was accurate. I have used synthetic hair that was better quality thank this. For the price of the hair, the value is not good. Out of all the hair I have purchased on Amazon this is hands down the worst. I take negative reviews seriously and only came back to give this review after turning the bundles into a ponytail. The curls held up beautifully even after washing, which I really liked. So I was somewhat unsure do to a few reviews but, went for it anyway and I LOVE THIS UNIT. This hair feels like indian virgin hair which is my preference when it comes to hair. This hair is super soft, soft, soft and soft. I bleached the bottom and lifted the top, I only used conditioner after coloring it and it stayed uber soft. 2 weeks in the hair is still soft really requires no product. It doesn't swell up tangle and barely any shedding. I do spray a little hair spray inside the unit before my install. The hair is a nice fullness but seeing as I like fuller hair I did add a few more tracks For the price of this unit I am ecstatic as I have paid so much more for what was supposed to be quality and it wasn't. This unit is a steal, I ordered the 18' and it's right at my shoulder, I am going to order a 22' as I want it longer, oh yeah I did bleach the knots a little and the lace is undetectable, sometimes the frontal can be a bit thin but not this 360 there is plenty of hair in the frontal nice and full I have found a great place to get my units and I am happy happy happy. They seem OK and true to length, but the bundles are extremely thin. The bundles also shed badly.. I’m just using this for a quick vacation style, but if I genuinely cared, I would not buy these bundles.

DO NOT BUY this hair it is nothing like what the picture shows. I ordered five packs of hair 22 20, 1816 with the closure. First of all the lengths were off the hair was extremely short the longest length that was supposed to be a 22 was really a 16. I have attached photos to show proof of how terrible and misleading the seller is! The hair was frizzy did not have not even one curl after hair was installed and no product was on it.
