Elegant, comfortable, perfect for my nephew's wedding. I'm 68 yrs old, 5'5", 200 pounds, and the 2XL fits beautifully. The lace upper bodice with sparkle accents is beautiful, as is the satin ribbon around the empire waist. I was afraid the ruffle would add more density around my waist and hips, which I don't need, but it is light and delicate. The flutter sleeves are just right as the wedding will be outdoors in Texas in March. I didn't want sleeveless, but didn't want constricting sleeves either. The V-neck is perfect...Not too high, and just low enough to show the lightest hint of cleavage. I have been shopping for a dress for my son’s college graduation. I’m pear shaped—huge rear end and small chest. I was getting desperate and on a whim bought this dress in peacock blue yesterday. It. Is. Perfect! Arrived in less than a day, color is gorgeous, super comfortable, stretchy, hides my problem spots. I’m losing weight, but not fast enough, so I’m never sure what size I am. Dress did not flatter my body. But it is otherwise a beautiful dress! It's made of a heavy and thick fabric so you won't have to worry about wearing slips or anything.
