If I could give this 10 stars I would! It's stretchy, comfortable and very flattering! The material provides coverage so nothing underneath shows. The way the bodice is made it gives you a very flattering fit and the skirt allows for just enough leg to show. I felt very pretty in this dress and can't wait to wear it again at my next event! I went to an event in 30 degree weather so I found a cropped white faux fur jacket to pair with it, silver glittery shoes and clutch.

Classic, elegant, comfortable dress to wear to my nephew's wedding!

Elegant, comfortable, perfect for my nephew's wedding. I'm 68 yrs old, 5'5", 200 pounds, and the 2XL fits beautifully. The lace upper bodice with sparkle accents is beautiful, as is the satin ribbon around the empire waist. I was afraid the ruffle would add more density around my waist and hips, which I don't need, but it is light and delicate. The flutter sleeves are just right as the wedding will be outdoors in Texas in March. I didn't want sleeveless, but didn't want constricting sleeves either. The V-neck is perfect...Not too high, and just low enough to show the lightest hint of cleavage. It did arrive very wrinkled and I'm not clear on the care instructions but will investigate.

Wife's review: I bought the XL in navy blue to wear on a cruise, and it's the most flattering dress I have. It hides the chubs I've acquired over the last 50-some years, falls nicely over my tush without revealing every imperfection. The fabric is good quality, with just enough stretch to be very comfortable. Not see-through. I wish this came in prints, because I would buy more. I'm not sure it's a "cocktail" dress, maybe a little boring for that. It's too low-cut for some settings, but you could easily pin the crossover neckline for modesty if needed. It traveled very well, and came out of the luggage ready to wear after being packed for 3 days.

Very pretty on and great quality and color- dark purple. Not too thick but certainly not thin material. Looks very nice on. I'm 5'1 and 165-170lbs. The large fit perfectly. I wore 2-3" heels and the dress did not touch the ground. I washed it and hung it up to dry. Maintained its shape and didn't have to iron. I received multiple compliments. Wore it to a daytime wedding.
