We bought this console table for a hallway, to display knick-knacks and organize some light clutter like envelopes and gift-wrapping supplies. The table is shallow enough to keep in the hall without getting in the way. It is simple but sturdy and looks good for the price. Assembly was simple enough. The joints are not very precise, but they have room for adjustment so that you can get everything square & even with some care and attention. I noticed that several other reviews complain about the drawer fit, but I found that I could adjust the alignment enough to get them both smooth and symmetrical. The shelves were somewhat difficult to fit between the rails, but they felt very secure once I got them in place. The top corners are quite sharp, so you might want corner guards if you are going to put the table in a high-traffic area like we did. We had a bad experience with a different Furologee product, but we are quite happy with this table and would recommend it. ... show more

    • Functional, Attractive, and easy enough to assemble
It looks good. The design is clever (using cloth drawers to reduce weight and make them slide silently). Mine arrived with one of the metal supports - bent. Must have been dropped in shipment. But I was able to straighten it with pliers and a hammer. Assembly had a couple of challenges: things not perfectly aligned - and one place where a cross beam had to be rotated a specific way - with no mention of that in the instructions - but it was easier than most "you construct it" furniture. One note: it is 39.4 inches wide. Seemed odd to me until I realized that's exactly one meter: it's made to metric standards. As it turns out, that fit exactly in the space I had. Arrived damaged. Corner of one of the shelves is chipped. Also, a corner of the metal frame was bent. I was able to straighten out the metal as best I could. And, I will live with the chipped shelf. Once it is all put together, it actually looks quite nice. But, you get what you pay for...it is cheap construction, but will work as a candle holder and other small, decorative items. *Update: Seller sent me a replacement, free of charge and I get to keep the original...they did all of this and I didn't even ask for anything. Pretty amazing, so I updated my review to 5 stars. Thank you! ... show more

The overall look of the table is nice but the day after I purchased it, it was discounted 10 dollars and had a 10 dollar coupon on top of that! All 3 of the boards had nicks in them at the edges. One was completely cut into about a half an inch. I had to bend 2 of the metal pieces myself that hold in the drawers. The top shelf was awful trying to get on. None of the holes lined up. I wasn't strong enough to screw them in to be flush with the board, so it is not as secure as it should be. And lastly, one of the outside drawer spots is not made right. It leaves a gap between the drawer and the metal rod end. ... show more
