This was perfect for my foyer. Use it for extra storage for hats and gloves and the bottom shelves for shoes. This will hold an extra 10 pairs of men's size 11 shoes. Very sturdy. The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my wife. She’s been looking for a table to fit under some windows. We just reviewed it today. 2 hours later it is assembled and in use. Most kits come with just enough parts or maybe a few parts are missing. Not this one, it had extra nuts and screws. It looks nice and is very sturdy. The drawers are not wood but are really easy to assemble and should hold up for light use. This was much less expensive than most of the options available in the local stores. This table is being used as a TV stand and it is solid! It has some pretty good weight to it and it was really easy to assemble. Yes, the drawers are cloth, but they look nice and are really sturdy. Would buy again!

Absolutely love this with one caveat. Like others, I don't like the seam in the board, and I'm surprised it's there. I have another piece by this company that is the same length, and it's composed of two solid boards, one on the top shelf and one on the bottom, so I'm not sure why they need to break the boards into two pieces. That said, it's sleek, solid, and goes together relatively easily (it took my husband two solid hours, not the 20 minutes some are reporting) and is highly functional. So the pluses here definitely outweigh that one consideration. Because I'd read the reviews, I knew to expect the material drawers so they didn't bother me (I knew about the seam for the same reason, so thanks to fellow reviewers). This is very sturdy & amazing. All the parts were very well labeled & the directions are among the best I have ever seen. I'm a female in my 70's, and I put the entire console together myself. The drawers are even amazing !! They hold so much weight - it is shocking in the best way! It has freed up more space than I thought possible. I love this so much!!     • sturdy and attractive, for the price
We bought this console table for a hallway, to display knick-knacks and organize some light clutter like envelopes and gift-wrapping supplies. The table is shallow enough to keep in the hall without getting in the way. It is simple but sturdy and looks good for the price. Assembly was simple enough. The joints are not very precise, but they have room for adjustment so that you can get everything square & even with some care and attention. I noticed that several other reviews complain about the drawer fit, but I found that I could adjust the alignment enough to get them both smooth and symmetrical. The shelves were somewhat difficult to fit between the rails, but they felt very secure once I got them in place. The top corners are quite sharp, so you might want corner guards if you are going to put the table in a high-traffic area like we did. We had a bad experience with a different Furologee product, but we are quite happy with this table and would recommend it. ... show more
