I've never shopped for or owned a pair of boots like these. I was looking for something to wear for yard work and possibly double to wear to walk the parking lot where I work. It becomes a torrent with daily spring and summer afternoon rains. They are very nice, comfortable, quality is there, and fit perfectly. In short, I like them and will most definitely wear them. However, I'm not so sure about gardening because the soles don't appear rugged enough for caking mud or walking in yard for a day of work. Pushing a shovel into the earth or walking on yard debris. The soles are adequate for what I think they were made for, but not extra thick and the tread is similar to what I might find on a casual shoe like a Sperry. I have not worn them in the yard or the parking lot to see if they are going to prove me wrong on my initial impressions. I like them so much I may not risk ruining them and buy a pair of boots more suited to hard work and save these for the parking lot.

I LOVE these water boots/shoes! I needed these to cross a flooded parking lot area, until repairs are made. I feel like a kid again splashing in water…but socks and toes remained DRY! And it’s a London Fog brand. I remember this being a good brand back in the day! With Prime I got them quickly, TY!

They do run a little big but I put some insoles inside and they are great. I use they to take out my dogs in the wet grass in the morning and they work great.

I couldn't even get my foot all the way inside and I had ordered a half size bigger. They are very narrow and made for small feet apparently. It's too bad because they were super cute. I gave them 3 stars because they seemed like they were well made, but I never wore them so I don't know about the long-term quality.

For the first two months of these boots I would have rated 5 stars. Great value, easy to slip on to walk the dog in the rain. I wore them daily for a few minutes at a time (again just bought to walk the dog) and had no issues. After about two months I noticed that I started to get one foot a little wet while walking. I didn’t think much of it, here in Oregon it’s raining often so it could have come in from the top. After a few more weeks then it was happening with both feet, and after 4 months of owning I am needing to toss them altogether because I have found holes in the bottom of both shoes. I bought a pair for my mom about a week or two after I bought mine, and she is having the exact same issue. Holes in the heel of both boots. Overall these are cheap rain boots, but not worth a $40 purchase price since they only last 2 months. Will not buy again.
