THIS ITEM SHRINKS! I tried it on the second it arrived, and it fit perfectly. I washed it in cold water and then hung it to dry...and now, 24 hours later, it's noticeably tight on my hips when I try it on with the same pants. So whatever size you need, get the next size up! That said, I love this shirt. It is well constructed with good seams and strong, quality fabric. it is breathable and incredibly comfortable. I just ordered two more, even though I ordered the largest size and can't size up, because I plan to sew in gussets so they fit my hips. The shirts are worth the effort for me. I'm a large woman with a lot of curves and bumps and this shirt gives my figure a soft appearance without sacrificing on structure -- it has just the right amount of flow to make me feel and look feminine. This is a cute shirt and fit great, expect for there is not stretch in the material. It's tight at the bottom and loose at the top. Not a bad loose just wish it fit the same all over. The material is thin but not enough to see through and it would be a great shirt for the summer to look cute in.

Just received this top today and I tried it on before I threw it in the wash. I purchased a size medium which is my normal size and it it's very true to size. The material is soft and its not too loose or too to form fitting. It's actually perfect! I love the look of it. I washed on gentle cycle and I hung it to dry. It washed well and it came out just as it went in. I was hesitant to purchase a top on amazon but I am leaving for vacation soon and needed some things but don't have a lot of time to go to the stores and shop.
