We just finished assembling this LOKEME portable wardrobe in my basement and there were no squabbles because assembly was easy. Parts are well labeled and there is a hand mallet included to help connect rods securely into the plastic connectors. I had been freaking out over the prospect of my boyfriend moving in here and bringing his wardrobe with limited closet space in my home. This wardrobe will hold his sweaters on the six shelves and most of his casual shirts on the rods above. We put this in an alcove which would fit two more units to make it look like a walk-in closet, so we will definitely consider ordering another of this particular wardrobe. I love that it’s covered because it looks so much neater and keeps dust off clothing that is not worn often. I find the price reasonable because I have paid more for just a rack with one rod and I had to buy a cover separately. It’s nice to know that the pipes are steel, so we don’t have to worry about this collapsing or bending over time. The bags were labeled correctly, they all had spare parts. It includes a mallet, I was not expecting it but quite useful. Mostly successful instructions. There was some confusion but overall simple. Once you get the hang of it, I believe it does not even take more than 20 mins to build it. Some parts felt stuck, as if I was forcing them. One of the comments helped me, if the piece is feeling forced, then it does not belong there. Once you find the correct position/piece, it fits super easy. The only bad thing is the smell. I don’t know how, but there was an unpleasant cigarette smell in almost every bag. The wood mallet handle was especially strong with the unpleasant smell. ... show more

A lot of assembly required. Each section with a connector is a separate bar. I will say that the bars and connectors are heavy duty, so much so they provide you with a rubber mallet if you need it to insert the poles but since they go in pretty easy, I didn't need to use it. Once assembled, this thing is extremely sturdy. I pretty much have this thing loaded down and everything is holding perfect. Only issue I had was the fabric cover. There are ties to secure it to the frame and 2 of these ties weren't stitched into the cover. This is the ideal "extra" closet for my office space. Assembly was easy, but time consuming. Thankfully they were kind enough to include a rubber mallet and a spare of each part just in case. What I have now is a very nice looking office closet with a cover that fully closes so I don't have to see what's in it when I don't want to. It feels quite sturdy, has two levels of shelving, hanging rods from end to end across the top and the cover can be left open or closed. I'm very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend this to anyone who needs extra closet space or maybe just a closet in a room that doesn't already have one. We're building out a closet for me in our home and needed a temporary closet system. I was nervous at first because the poles for this aren't super strong, but because they're short, the physics works. I like the separate hanging sections. Right now I've got my clothes separated accordingly into shirts jackets and pants. My dresses are elsewhere because they're too long for the space if I want to use the shelves. The shelves are plastic sheeting with pockets, be careful what you put on them, the pockets for the poles are melted and the seam snagged one of my sweaters. This wardrobe closet was very easy to assemle. It came with a nice rubber mallet that made the assembly easy. This closet was just what I needed for extra storage. I really like shelves on the bottom of this. It is light weight and has lots of room for my storage needs.
