The cover was too small. I ordered another just for the cover because I thought they just sent the wrong cover. It again was too small. I am very disappointed in it. I am returning the remainder because they couldn't just send a new cover. Big hassle especially trying to assemble.

Took forever to put the pieces together and by the time we did finish, it was leaning forward. To add insult to injury, as we attempted to put the cover on, it tore in three corners as the material of the fabric was thin and cheap, no stretch at all.     • Defective upon set-up.
Hello, it took me a minute to really review this. I got it initially for my house under construction and I lack a closet completely. Everything I own currently is in storage crates or on a metal rod at the moment and when I saw this as an option to review I knew right away I needed to act fast and request the item as this is definitely a need to solve my problem. I want people to know that this appears sturdy/durable and everything was easy to assemble except when it came to the metal rod in the middle toward the end broke. I had only one replacement and both on bar A broke as I was trying to be as careful as I can be. I am hoping I can find replacement parts for the middle bar to get it up in location, but for now it looks like I have to do without a second bar. I loved how I got extra parts for other components, but not the hanger part. It was the R part that broke completely. It was this hanger clip to connect A pipes to each other to create that middle bar to hang up clothes. And I was trying my best to be very delicate with it. Key note: Be aware of not enough spare parts if construction goes wrong. Cannot find replacement parts online for the product. Cover is small/narrow. Does not easy go on and is not durable enough. Easy to have seams come undone during set up. It happened to me. Once Assembled, it should work as intended, but have to be cautious of weight as these are held by plastic supports. Also, during the final stages of construction, my cover came undone at the seam on one corner making it difficult to zip on one side. The cover is small/narrow at the top to fit the entire structure. Which caused the corner seam to come undone on once particular side, so i am just going to use what I can with it. ... show more

I've seen mixed reviews on portable closets and wanted to see for myself. When this arrived it was in a relatively small box and packed efficiently. Each bag is clearly labeled and the directions are easy(ish) once you start getting the pieces together. Pay attention to the feet because the instructions on mine called them part 'a', but they're an 'n'. Go slow and follow the steps in the order laid out. Make sure EVERY connector and pole are tight. Get a mallet or hammer if you run into issues and force a tight connection. If you have any that are loose, the cover will not sit properly. Once the bones are constructed, the fabric cover simply slips over the top. Unzip each panel fully before putting it on. The cover isn't heavy duty and can tear, so be gentle getting it over the top and down the side. This is where you'll know if your connections are right. If the cover acts like it's not going to fit, check the connections. The cover is intended to be tight and snug, but it should not pull on seams or zippers when it's secure. The cover has 4 pockets on one side that I put white paper in to show them better. I took a couple of pictures as it was going up as well. I'm hesitant to test the ability to hold the maximum weight recommended but it will accommodate my needs just fine. ... show more

I live in Colorado and I have a lot of bulky winter clothing. I already live in a small home with limited space but I have a huge basement! I’m so happy I received this wardrobe because it works perfectly! It was a little bit of a pain to put together but the instructions were clear. I would worry about overloading this if you’re using regular type clothing or jeans but since I am using it for bulky items I’m not too worried about it. I recently had to downgrade my living quarters so space is limited now. I have something in every closet, until I can figure out what to do with it. In the meantime, I have guests that stay over occasionally. This is a great alternative for them to not risk opening my closet and barrels of stuff toppling over. This is a really nice height and width to be a flexible arrangement piece in any dorm room, craft room, or guest bedroom. It goes together nice and is surprisingly sturdy for plastic joints and aluminum poles. I am a little cautious on how much weight this thing would feasibly hold. I'm a plus sized person, so my clothing tends to be bulky in these sorts of organizers. However, I'm using this one for spare blankets/pillows/old costume storage.
