I simply love it! I've already gotten my money's worth in about two months since I use it almost every day. It's very easy to use once you learn how. Many things are self explanatory but I did get a book and video to help me with the more complicated stuff.

Mark Cousins, along with Russ Hepworth-Sawyer, bowled me over with Logic Pro 9. It was excellent, so I picked up Logic Pro X as soon as I became aware it was available. I was not disappointed. Logic Pro X is very well done, but don't expect simple explanations. The writing is clear and concise, and only for the serious, not those wanting to throw some beats at the wall while hoping they stick. Logic Pro is a comprehensive DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) that requires comprehensive explanations. Though Logic Pro 9 contained more than a few editorial errors, I've yet to find a mistake in Logic Pro X. Messrs. Cousins and Hepworth-Sawyer--each thoroughly ensconced in the British music industry as composer (Cousins), sound engineers, and producer (Hepworth-Sawyer)--deliver, in language that sparkles with precision, passion, and aha-I've-got-it-now clarity. ... show more
