After following their instructions and submitting their requested documents nothing only a reply saying thanks for my support. I’m pretty sure they also sold my information to junk email service.     • My right one quit after two weeks
I like the way they fit and stay in place. They could be a better color i.e. tan or grey. I would be made happy to receive a replacement for the left one that has quit working.

These are not true hearing aids, in my opinion. Yes, they amplify the sound around you. However, there is no white noise filter and they amplify everything... like the whoosh of a ceiling fan.

Aid for left ear volume control goes from screeching to nothing? Have spent a few hours trying to adjust it, no joy! But the right one works just fine!

Purchased hearing aids on the 12th of July 2022. I did not use the hearing aids daily, sometimes only at night to watch movies. The right hearing aid quit working on the 20th of October 2022.
