I don't drink coffee and use it only at home so don't really use the lid. But I do drink a generic coke starting first thing in the morning an sort of sip it all day long. Why I like this mug - it keeps my drink cold for hours, and not just a few hours. It has a nice heavy weighted bottom to help prevent tipping over. The bottom is also rubber, so it doesn't go sliding around or scratch any surfaces. It has a good heft to it, and lastly, it is a breeze to clean due to the polished stainless finish. Bought it just because of Jungkook, but saying that it is leakproof would be giving misinformation because it does leak. If you were to drop it or knock it over it would leak and spill.
