Perfect for my setup – way better than expected Honestly didn’t expect much at this price, but this chair surprised me. It’s super sturdy, rolls smoothly, and the height adjustment is actually really useful for different desk setups. The cushion is comfortable enough even for longer sitting, and the backrest gives just the right support without getting in the way. I mainly use it for my desk and occasionally around the house, and it fits perfectly in a small space. Build quality feels solid, nothing wobbly or cheap. For the price, this is a no-brainer. The stool was well protected in the shipping box & it was easy to assemble as others have stated only using the included short arm hex key allen wrench. The stool is well made, very stable & comfortable with only about an hour sitting on it in front of my workbench. The lift functions without issues & hopefully the cylinder won't creep down over time. The only possible suggestion I can make is to have available a different lockable wheel option for those who have polyaspartic or similar garage floor coatings...the smaller diameter on the supplied wheels limit stool rolling mobility & smoothness with this type coating at least on my floor but I would rarely need that fluid mobility to reach a tool & the stool is easy to lift & reposition while locked...locks work great.

The chair is easy to assemble and is overall comfortable and sturdy. The only problem is the casters do not swivel under load. I'm on the heavier side, but well within the rated weight capacity. As soon as I sit down, the casters no longer swivel and it will only roll in one direction. I ordered heavier duty casters and I hope this fixes the problem, but it should not have been a problem to begin with.

If you are a big man and like comfort on wheels, then this is the stool for you. Assembly and instructions out of the box was so simple and so easy. It only took me less than 10 minutes to put together. No tools needed! Even comes with its own hex key. Amazon delivered in less than a day and a half after purchase. WOW! All wheels are lockable which prevents the chair from moving when you step up on it. I am a big man over 250 lbs. and was concerned that my weight would cause a possible accident or fall when stepping up to get on. No issues here! The lift and drop hydraulic features are perfect for me as I am over 6' ft tall. Chairs height and drop to whatever level you feel comfortable with is so easily adjustable. You also have the lifted footrest that gives an added attraction for your feet to feel luxury while seated. The padded seat cushion and backrest are so futuristically modern and up to date. It's ridiculously made for people like me that need an edge and an advantage when taking care of business around the home but mostly in my garage. Heavy duty value for a low price! This is NOT Heavy Duty at all. Claims to be rated for 350lbs ??? Being used by a125lbs Doctor when seeing patients. The arm of the caster broke off from the foot rest. Lasted only 2 months of limited use. Update seller reached out with a refund option ... But I do not look at my amazon messages regularly. So i gave them a slow response. Now they are not responding to the message or the new one that I sent, Let's see how good this seller is ?? 2nd update still NO RESPONCE ... They offered to stand behind their product but never responded to my responses ..

This stool I use while drying my dog. It is extremely sturdy, is high enough and is comfortable. I like that it has locking wheels. The only con for me is I wish the seat was just a little Bigger. Having said that though I would buy it again. It just works.

I put this chair together in under 8 minutes. It has a nice range of heights and is very comfortable. I love the locking casters!! This is the second shop stool I have ordered from this company and I couldn’t be more pleased with both of them. They are very sturdy and the range of seat height makes them great for any level of counter or table. I had a couple interactions with their customer service staff and they also are fantastic, quick to reply to questions and very courteous. I highly recommend their products!
