I’ll be honest you’ll need a magnifying glass to see the print. I never like to give negative reviews but I haven’t used this book given how tiny the lettering is. Having this book as part of my notary supplies gives me peace of mind. Since I'm just starting out as a notary this book reminds me of all spaces that need to be filled out.The size of the book is prefectit light weight and doesn't add weight to my supples.

This book has some good things about it as far as having the loan documents that typically are used for notary signing agents where it fails though is in the print size this book is extremely small and the print size is ridiculously small I mean you would pretty much have to have 20/20 vision to see that without a magnifying glass so I think it's a good book overall I didn't give it five stars because that print is ridiculous. Also while it gives you a basic definition of what each document is I thought that it was more so show you examples of where possible signatures and initials needed to go because a notary signing agent does more than just notarize the document they also have to ensure that the proper signature is an initials are gathered.
