It was a little big but I'm thinking that it will shrink a little. However if you are looking for a pant to wear out, it is see through. I'm so pleased with the fit!! It's an issue for me because I'm short and wear a 16 Plus or XXL and these are perfect. However, I did have the impression that I was ordering a crop/capri and these come just above the ankle. Hopefully they'll shrink up a bit in the wash. I'm happy they do not have pockets in the rear as I find those unattractive. I love giving great reviews. However with these pants I cannot. The first pair I bought was black size large. They have faded a lot with washing. Even with gentle cycles. I elected to dry them because they were so loose. They are comfortable but still very loose even after drying. So I decide to purchase the brown pair in medium. They are tight right out of the package. I need them for vacation so I’m opting to wear them hoping they will stretch out a bit. I’m 5’5” 145. So the Medium should have been nice and roomy also without being saggy looking like the large does. But that’s not the case. So I won’t be purchasing any more of these. I really wanted more colors but the sizing has completely turned me away. Also the brown pair has a very uneven edging at the top of the waist band so tucking a cute tank into them is out of the question. ... show more
