    • It Won’t Last and You’ll Spend Hours Getting it Resolved.

Major issues here for us. The phone only worked for a few days before the on/off button became permanently depressed and therefore rendered useful. I can’t do anything to try to reset it bc that button is a necessary function. I have tried to contact seller for 3 weeks via forms on Amazon and a formal review. I even bought the additional support bc I didn’t expect it to last too long! But the seller is MIA and now all Amazon can do is issue a refund for part of the original price plus a $6 restocking fee. Completely appalled at how long this has taken to only get this subpar resolution. Not sure how others have gotten easy resolution from the seller on this… not happening for us despite our initiative in reaching out. ... show more

Updating my review after I was contacted by the seller and offered a replacement. I’m impressed with the customer service, so that’s worth a few more stars! Hoping the replacement lasts longer than the first. Bought this to keep my daughter from stealing my phone. It worked so I give props for that… but we need to talk about the flashlight. Why oh why would you put a super bright LED light that can hurt your eyeballs permanently on a kids phone? When you hit the button the screen prompts you to NOT look at the light… but we are talking about kids here. The first thing 90% of kids are going to do is look at it. Two months after buying it a screen pops up saying it doesn’t recognize the SIM card. I’ve tried all the tricks and nothing has worked, making the phone useless. Not worth $45… ... show more

I got this for my toddler who loves to take everyone’s iPhone. This keeps her entertained and she can navigate it scarily well. That being said, it’s advanced for her but it does what I need it to do. It lighting up, having a flash, and a camera makes it a great little “phone” for a little one. She also really enjoys the 3 songs on it. For those saying it breaks easily, I simply got the protection plan to play it safe. The picture quality reminds me of my old Nintendo 3ds, which isn’t great but good for a child and for the price. Now all I need to do is put a popsocket on it and it will be perfect! ... show more

My 6 year old daughter seems to like it because it looks so similar to a real phone. The camera quality is poor and only stores about 8 pictures. My daughter absolutely loves her toy phone. It has a working touch screen that surprisingly works very well for the price (I've experienced worse touchscreens in expensive cars). The photo quality is not the best but still good enough with proper lighting (reminds me of camera phones from around 2005). It has a few inbuilt games and many themes. It also has a clock, timer, calculator, flashlight etc and even comes with a memory card. Charging is via a USB-C port. Once fully charged, it lasts for 3-4 days. Extremely VFM for the price. Edit - It stopped working right after the return period. Won't turn back on after it went dead and couldn't get the battery to charge (tried the cable it came with as well as multiple other cables.
